Shark Infested Waters did a photoshoot to publicise the detrimental effects that ASBOs can have on individuals and on the community. An ASBO is an Anti-Social Behaviour Order, a generalisation would be to say they are something that Judges give to teenagers in hoods.
Anti-SocialBehaviousOrders are like personal curfews for people who are repeat offenders. There are some civil-rights issues there - people have been told they are not allowed out after hours in specific areas due to them being caught with not enough weed to get any self-respecting stoner lean. Or prostitutes forced to change turf to where they are more vulnerable to attacks and/or pimps because ABOS don't give them the skills or opportunity work elsewhere. They just make it difficult to work where they have done before. But I'm assuming you know nothing about them, you've probably heard of ASBOs.
Back to the spankings... I know this lovely couple who take unique photos for www.sharkinfestedwaters.net They think of cool, weird or fucked up photos to take and then they think of a normal, acceptable context to put it in. Or a cool, weird or fucked up context, as long as it's a context! Then they take the photos.
So the semi-acceptable context was a protest against ASBOS. The cool, weird or fucked up idea was to have a public spanking (as a satire and replacement to ASBOs as a punishing, rehabilitating act.) 3 guys backed out of spanking two girls in Hackneys London Fields park. This was due to their girlfriends being feminists, wives being angry or the men themselves being embarrassed. 3 guys backed out of administering a public spanking. KP did not.
Of course he loved it, but that came during a hard month of not getting any so a hard month is a literal description and in some ways it was more torturous than fun. But yes, of course he loved it.
